Each week will will be posting at home body weight workouts. While we do not know when we will return to the playing field/track/court, we must do what we can to remain ready and at peak performance. Coach Burgess will release these for the week on Sundays.
You do not need any equipment for these. If an exercise suggests the use of equipment, we will do our best to provide a suggestion/recommendation to complete the exercise.
