Red Devils stayed in it until the end, but Pendleton pulled away late in a 4-3 victory on Tuesday. The game was tied at three with Pendleton batting in the top of the ninth when P Bunch doubled on a 2-2 count, scoring one run. Red Devils lost despite out-hitting Pendleton nine to eight.

In the first inning, Red Devils got their offense started when H Fuhr induced Logan Cartee to hit into a fielder’s choice, but one run scored.

Red Devils evened things up at three in the bottom of the seventh inning when Fuhr induced Cade Turner to hit into a fielder’s choice, but one run scored.

#17 led things off on the pitcher’s mound for Pendleton. He lasted one-third of an inning, allowing zero hits and one run while walking zero.

Colin Finster started the game for Red Devils. He went seven innings, allowing three runs on six hits and striking out two. Casey Gambrell threw two innings out of the bullpen.
Red Devils tallied nine hits on the day. Jacob Jackson and Cartee each managed multiple hits for Red Devils. Cartee and Jackson each collected two hits to lead Red Devils.
Pendleton collected eight hits. Bunch and P Hawkins all managed multiple hits for Pendleton. Bunch went 3-for-5 at the plate to lead Pendleton in hits.
